PURPOSE:To display an accurate actual size or scale of an object to be photographed by correcting the display error of length measurement data due to bending aberration of a photographing lens. CONSTITUTION:A bending aberration data stored in a lens ROM 44 is used for correcting a length measurement data as well as a scale according to a photographing lens 10 to be used. For the correction of the scale, the distance of graduation for unit length is determined randomly according to bending degree. When a zoom lens is used, since bending degree changes following zooming, in order to carry out correction coping with this problem, the information from a zoom encoder 60 is input into the lens ROM 44, and a bending aberration data correspondent to the change in f-value of the photographing lens is output from this to a lens microcomputer 42. Finder display or film recording of accurate actual size of a material to be photographed or the scale can thus be carried out. |
