PURPOSE:To offer a granulating particle exhibiting excellent moldability which prevents generation of a cut of a forming bodh and has excellent strength of a sintered body after degreasing and sintering and to offer its production method. CONSTITUTION:In the production method of the granulating particle of the ceramic powder obtained by spray drying a slurry produced by mixing a ceramic powder with an organic binder in a solvent, the solvent is a solvent mixture containing ethyl alcohol and 1,1,1-trichloroethan at the weight ratio of 1/9-4/6, and temp. of spray drying is 60-80 deg.C. Ejecting speed to eject the slurry into the dryer for spray drying is 1.0-2.0km/min and packing ratio (packing depth/ depth of forming body) of the granulating particle is <=2.5 and strength of the sintering body after degreasing and sintering is >=830MPa. |
