PURPOSE:To shorten the document preparing time and to prevent a user from forgetting to affix a tally by dividing seal impression data based on a designated division number and printing this data in prescribed positions on documents. CONSTITUTION:Seal impression data of the tally is preliminarily stored in a tally printing data storage part 1 and is taken out by a tally seal impression data division processing part 2 as necessary and this processing part 2 divides taken-out tally seal impression data into the number indicated by the number information stored in a print document number information storage part 3. Divided tally seal impression data are transferred to a printing part 4. The printing part 4 takes out printing position data preliminarily stored in a tally printing position storage part 5 and prints divided tally seal impression data in positions indicated by printing position data. Printed documents are piled up, and following documents can be shifted upward.
