PURPOSE:To automatically send an emergency signal for informing a captain of an emergency when a member's action stops and his body becomes motionless. CONSTITUTION:There are provided slave units 1 for generating an alarming sound and emergency signal according to the output of a human body action sensor to transmit the emergency signal and receiving a command from a master unit 10 wherein the master unit receives the emergency signals from at least one slave unit and decides and indicates which slave unit sends the emergency signal to send a directive signal to each slave unit. Also, the slave unit has the main parts disposed in a space between a helmet and the head of a member wearing the helmet.
