PURPOSE:To solve both convergence of solid substance to the bottom face side and deviation thereof in the circumferential direction and also to obtain prescribed dehydration performance at low speed of rotation and to reduce labor burden necessary to garbage disposal in constitution wherein drainage incorporating garbage ground by a disposer is introduced into a centrifugal separation tank and solid substance is strained to perform dehydration. CONSTITUTION:The substance discharged from a disposer is introduced into the inside of a rotated centrifugal separation tank 4 through a drainage pipe 6, a manifold 7, an introduction pipe 5 and a conduit pipe 56. This discharged substance is energized in the circumferential direction by centrifugal force. Solid substance is strained by a filter 41 arranged in the circumferential wall. A tapered part 43 is provided in the whole circumference of the bottom part of the centrifugal separation tank 4. Upward force is given to drainage energized toward the circumferential wall to push up the solid substance stuck to the filter 41 to the upper part. Thereby the solid substance is prevented from being converged to the bottom face side. Further diameter of the centrifugal separation tank 4 is regulated to at least depth and high dehydration performance is obtained at the low speed of rotation. On the other hand, drainage is introduced into the center of the tank 4 from the conduit pipe 56 and uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the tank 4 to prevent deviation of the solid substance. Generation of vibration based on rotation is inhibited by adopting the low speed of rotation. |
