PURPOSE:To enable the application of this kit and method for a bone prosthesis agent of an arbitrary composition by arranging a kit for a granular bone prosthesis composition to be composed of a granular bone prosthesis agent, a gelatinizing agent that is transformed to a gel with the existence of calcium ions and a calcium compound so that granules can be solidified without scattering before and after the packing thereof into a bone-lost part. CONSTITUTION:A kit for preparing a granular bone prosthesis agent composition is composed of a granular bone prosthesis agent, a gelatinizing agent that is transformed to a gel with the presence of calcium and a calcium compound. The gelatinizing agent exists in condition of an aqueous solution and the glatinizing agent herein used is low methoxylated pectin, alignate, carrageenan, etc. More, the calcium compound is made to exist in condition of an aqueous solution and it herein used is calcium chloride, calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide, calcium carbonate, calcium acetate, calcium nitrate, calcium sulfate, calcium lactate or calcium gluconate. |
