PURPOSE:To obtain a molded arible whose dimensional accuracy is high, by a method wherein a mold is compressed by filling the inside of the mold with molten resin after mold clamping has been performed by making extension generate on a tie bar by toggle type mold clamping force. CONSTITUTION:After molds have been fitted respectively to a stationary platen 2 and movable platen 4, injection compression molding is performed by a mold cavity part fitted to the movable platen 4 by performing opening and closing of the same by a stroke B. When a toggle mechanism 5 is made to extend by actuating a mold clamping cylinder 8, the mold is closed by advancing the movable platen 4. After closure of the mold, the inside of the mold cavity is filled with molten resin through an injection unit side. When back-flow prevention of the molten resin based on a seal cylinder 11 is completed, compression pressure in the inside of the mold cavity can be made lower than resin pressure freely by a method wherein compression force is transmitted to a traveling material in the inside of the mold by starting an advance of a compression ram 10. Then when a product of the inside of the cavity is cooled and crued, the mold is broken by moving the movable platen backward, an ejection pin 15 of an ejection plate 14 is made to advance by actuating an ejection cylinder 12 and ejection of the product is performed. |
