The anchor points (4) are for the location of removable devices, e.g. jack, lashing straps, straightening bench, etc. There are very few, pref. four anchor points. They are located in twos, offset relative to each other in longitudinal direction, in longitudinal beams (9) on the outside of the motor vehicle. The anchor points may be formed as recesses in the beams. They are non-circular, with a longer width and a smaller breadth. Each recess is formed as a long hole, with straight long sides and curved wide sides. A reinforcing collar, projecting conically, is located around the edge of each recess. USE/ADVANTAGE - Simple, multi-purpose anchor points for location of removable items on vehicle.
