The description relates to a process permitting the measurement of several quantities with the aid of an integrated optical sensor module. As all the components required to implement the process are integrated on a shared substrate, the sensor is small, compact, stable, interference-resistant and economical. The sensor module essentially consists of a sensor field, an analyser and an information field. In the process, the quantities to be measured are caused to interact in sensor fields with guided waves, analysing the effect on the wave, determining the value of the measured quantities therefrom and displaying the result in the information field. |
