PURPOSE:To obtain the new title compound useful for organic semiconductor by reacting a basic violet 3 with 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane lithium salt and further reacting the reaction product with 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane. CONSTITUTION:A compound expressed by formula I is reacted with 7,7,8,8- tetracyanoquinodimethane lithium salt to synthesize 7,7,8,8- tetracyanoquinodimethane salt of basic violet 3 expressed by formula II, which is then reacted with 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane to product the objective compound expressed by formula III. |
