PURPOSE:To realize the talker azimuth detector in which it is not affected due to difference of a characteristic of a microphone unit and surrounding noise and it has less mis-detection. CONSTITUTION:Signal rectifier means 2, 7 are provided between plural microphone units 1, 6 and a correlation device 11. The detector is provided with 1st and 3rd signal integration means 3, 8 provided to each post stage of the signal rectifier means 2, 7, 2nd and 4th signal integration means at the post stage of the signal rectifier means 2, 7 in parallel with the 1st and 3rd signal integration means 3, 8, and signal subtraction means 5, 10 taking a difference between output signals of the 1st signal integration means and the 2nd signal integration means and taking a difference between output signals of the 3rd signal integration means and the 4th signal integration means. A time constant tau1 of the 1st and 3rd signal integration means and a time constant tau2 of the 2nd and 4th signal integration means are set differently. |
