A dermatologic ointment useful for treating dermatoses such as dermatitis, eczema, atopic eczema or contact dermatitis, which comprises 0.02 to 1 wt % of ketotifen or its fumarate, 1 to 20 wt % of a dispersant selected among sorbitan sesquistearate, sorbitan distearate, sorbitan tristearate and glycerol monostearate, each having an HLB value of 4.5 or less as a surfactant, and 70 to 95 wt % of white petrolatum. |
