A dynamic and contactless measurement method for measuring the displacement of a conductive material (15) relative to a capacitive sensor (3) consisting of two parallel, conductive and mutually insulated plates (5, 7) which are placed one on top of the other and supplied with a high-frequency signal having a predetermined voltage, said capacitive sensor (3) being connected to a device for detecting a current value. A dynamic and contactless measurement method for measuring the permittivity of a dielectric material (47) between a conductive component (55) and a capacitive sensor (3) such as the one mentioned above, is also disclosed.
