PURPOSE:To prevent degradation of service life by reducing inductance of wiring and suppressing overvoltage at the time of switch OFF of semiconductor element thereby suppressing loss and temperature rise. CONSTITUTION:An open chamber 7 is disposed on the vehicle center side of a box 5 installed underfloor of the vehicle and an enclosed chamber 13 is disposed on the outside of vehicle with respect to the open chamber. The enclosed chamber 13 is provided with heat dissipation fins 4 projecting into the open chamber. A freely opening/closing capacitor unit case 6 is disposed on the outside of vehicle with respect to the enclosed chamber and a capacitor unit is contained therein. |
