PURPOSE:To obtain a polycarbonate resin composition, excellent in various physical properties such as mechanical properties, heat resistance, flame retardancy and thermal stability and suitable as various parts for automobiles, household appliances, etc. CONSTITUTION:A polycarbonate resin composition is obtained by blending (A) 1-99wt.%, preferably 30-95wt.% polycarbonate, having recurring units expressed by formula I (X<1> to X<4> are halogen), recurring units expressed by formula II and simultaneously having trihalogenophenoxy groups, expressed by formula III (X<5> to X<7> are halogen) and bound to the terminal positions and 10000-50000 viscosity-average molecular weight with 1-10mol% content of the recurring units expressed by formula I in the backbone chain with (B) 99-1wt.%, preferably 70-5wt.% styrene-based resin (e.g. polystyrene or impact-resistant polystyrene resin). |
