PURPOSE:To provide a new fat suction apparatus which achieves a significant reduction in labor of an operator, accurate removal of fat at a specified position and minimization of bleeding without damaging a soft tissue other than fat. CONSTITUTION:A chip 10 is provided which has a suction opening 13 on the side of the undersurface near the tip part of a tubular body with a suction passage inside and a vibration generating section 21 on which the chip 10 is mounted free to detach is provided to transmits an ultrasonic vibration to the chip 10. Also arranged are a handpiece 20 with a suction path 25 which penetrates into a suction passage of the chip 10 part and has a connection with a suction pipe, an outer cylinder into which the chip 10 is inserted to be held free to slide while it has a suction open groove 34 on the side of the undersurface. An ultrasonic oscillator is provided to generate and transmit electric energy for applying an ultrasonic vibration to the vibration generating section 21 of the handpiece 20 and a suction part is connected to a suction path of the handpiece 20 through a suction pipe to perform a forced suction with a vacuum pump.
