Stacker for identical workpiece panels - has lifting table, with lengthwise and transverse stops, with each lengthwise stop in two vertical sections of strips

The stacker (1) for stacking identical workpiece panels (20) edge to edge incorporates a lifting table (10) which can be lowered in stages by the amount of the workpiece panels' thickness. The height of a lengthwise stop piece (16), and the height and length of a transverse stop piece (18) can be adjusted and fixed. The lengthwise stop consists of two vertical sectoins (22,24) - one stationary and the other vertically movable on it. Each section consists of vertical, laterally spaced apart C-shaped strips (30,32) with horizontal support batten (26,28) each. The transverse stop has a guide (36) which has a rail (38) on which moves a carriage (35). The stationary wall and lifting table are on a base panel or in a tray (44). USE/ADVANTAGE - The height of the vertical stop wall on the lifting table can be easily adapted to differing heights of panel saws.
