PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by laminating a sliced veneer on the upper face of a thermosetting resin plate. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting resin plate 1 is formed into thickness of about 0.3mm-2mm, by impregnating a paper sheet or a glass fiber sheet with phenol resin or the like to strengthen. Next, the plate 1 and a sliced veneer 2 are piled and mounted on a metal mold, compression molding is executed, the temperature of the metal mold is raised with a heater for hardening, and hence floor material is constituted into one body out of the plate 1 and the sliced veneer 2. Hereby, by using the plate 1, the floor material can be easily manufactured at a low cost and high surface hardness can be obtained. |
