PURPOSE:To stably assemble a gear with a high degree of accuracy while preventing a shaft or a gear incorporated with a shaft from being inclined upon press-fitting by using a general purpose hydraulic press. CONSTITUTION:A receiving bed 7 for supporting a shaft 3 or a gear incorporated with a shaft on a press bed 2, is provided with a first center pin 11 which receives the pressure of a compression spring 12, for supporting the center of one end of the shaft 3 or the like and guide bushing 9, 10 while a pusher metal 8 receiving an urging force of a press rod 1, for pressing a spur gear 4 is provided with a second center pin 13 for supporting the center of the other end of the shaft 3 or the like and a guide part 8c for the receiving bed 7. Further, the pusher metal 8 is depressed while the guide part 8c of the pusher metal 8 is slid on the receiving bed 7 in such a condition that the shaft 3 or the like is positioned. |
