VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG VON EPOXID-RINGOEFFNUNGSPRODUKTEN MIT EINEM DEFINIERTEN REST-EPOXIDSAUERSTOFFGEHALT
摘要
Epoxy compounds can be subject to partial ring opening if they are caused to react in the presence of medium-strong acids from the group formed by phosphoric acid, phosphorous acid and sub-phosphorous acid with nucleophiles and any excessive nucleophiles are then separated without neutralising the catalyst acid. The resultant polyol compounds with a defined residual epoxy oxygen content are valuable raw materials, e.g. for the production of alkyd resins and polyurethane foams.
