PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which is excellent in heat resistance, moldability, and practical impact resistance and has a relatively good transparency. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. comprises 99.5-93 pts.wt. copolymer comprising 97-70wt.% monomer units consisting of arom. vinyl compd. units and/or alkyl methacrylate units and 3-30wt.% methacrylic acid units and 0.5-7 pts.wt. graft copolymer comprising 80-30wt.% monomer units consisting of arom. vinyl compd. units and/or alkyl methacrylate units and 20-70wt.% rubberlike backbone polymer.
