A displaceable platform (16) is slidingly secured to the main frame (11). The platform (16) is displaceable on the main frame (11) from a storage position to a working position. An extensible boom (26) is secured on a rotating support base (27) which is secured to the displaceable platform (16). The boom (26) has a working free end (28) at which a working element (29) is secured. The rotating support base (27) is rotatable by a motor (32) and the boom is extensible by a hydraulic system which is also provided to regulate the angular position of the boom by controlling hydraulic pistons (39) connected between the boom telescopic sections (36), and the rotating support base (27).
