PURPOSE:To obtain a skin medicine such as a cosmetic and a medicine for external use capable of synergistically enhancing improving effects on skin roughening and preventive effects on skin aging, etc., and simultaneously improving stability of their effects by using a ginkgo extract with a cell activator in combination. CONSTITUTION:A skin medicine for external use is obtained by blending (A) a ginkgo extract with (B) one or more of cell activators, preferably a blood serum extract, a thymus extract, a placental extract, a yeast extract, an aloe extract, gamma-linolenic acid, succinic acid, etc., as essential ingredients therein. The amounts of the blended ingredients expressed in terms of dry solid substances are preferably 0.0001-10wt.%, especially 0.01-5wt.% ingredient (A) and normally 0.0001-5wt.%, preferably 0.001-3wt.% ingredient (B). The aforementioned skin medicine for external use is excellent in improving effects on skin roughening, preventing effects on skin aging, etc., and their effects are stably obtained. |
