<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title ink improved in adaptability to lamination by using a solution or dispersion prepared by neutralizing a specified copolymer and dissolving or dispersing the neutralized copolymer in an aqueous medium as a vehicle component. CONSTITUTION:A copolymer is obtained by copolymerizing 5-90wt.% at least one carboxyl-terminated radical-polymerizable monomer (a) of the formula [wherein R1 is H or CH3; R2 is (CH2)2 or CH2CH(CH3); and R3 is a 1-8C aliphatic, alicyclic or aromatic hydrocarbon group] with 10-95wt.% at least one carboxyl-free radical-polymerizable monomer (b) copolymerizable with monomer (a) and 0-25wt.% at least one carboxyl-containing radical-polymerizable monomer (c) other than monomer (a) in the presence of a polymerization initiator in a water-miscible organic solvent. A vehicle component obtained by neutralizing this copolymer with a basic substance and dissolving or dispersing the neutralized copolymer in an aqueous medium is mixed with a coloring agent and optionally water (water-miscible organic solvent), an antifoamer, etc.</p> |
