ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BOARD, MANUFACTURE THEREOF AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To provide an electronic circuit for a microwave, a method for manufacturing the same and utility thereof having a low transmission loss. CONSTITUTION:A surface of a ceramic board for forming a conductor circuit is suitably roughed to realize a reduction in a microwave transmission loss of an electronic circuit together with a thick conductor circuit exceeding 5mum. The microwave transmission loss of the circuit can be reduced, and particularly its effect is remarkable for the microwave exceeding 1GHz of frequency.
