PURPOSE:To prevent the unequalness and partial peeling at the time of peeling so as to stabilize quality and to increase a film forming speed by adding a specific phosphate surfactant to a high-polymer soln. and casting the soln. CONSTITUTION:The phosphate surfactant expressed by formula I is added to the high-polymer soln. and the soln. is cast. A base is heated by radiation heat from the rear surface side of the base and the film-like material on the base is heated and dried only by the radiation heat source without using dry wind in the range where the residual solvent of the film-like material attains <=35wt.% in the method for forming a plastic film by casting. In the formula I, R<1> denotes >=6C alkyl group or alkenyl group or aryl group having >=6C alkyl group or alkenyl group; R<2> denotes a hydrocarbon group; L<1> denotes a bivalent combination group; n1 denotes 0 or 1; M<1> denotes a hydrogen atom or cation; R<3> denotes M<2> or R<4>-(L<2>)n2-R<5>. (R<4> is synonymous with R<1>; L<2> is synonymous with L<4>, n2 is synonymous with n1, R<5> is synonymous with R<2>, M<2> is synonymous with M<1>). |
