PURPOSE:To simply form a black matrix on a non-electrode part by sticking ions with positive or negative polarity only to the non-electrode part of a substrate to electrify the non-electric part with the ions and sticking resin particulates including black pigment or dye electrified with revese polarity to the electrified non-electrode part. CONSTITUTION:The non-electrode part formed on the surface of the base 1 is positively or negatively electrified and an electrode part is practically turned to zero potential, or the base 1 receiving the potential of the reverse polarity against the non-electrode part is exposed to a resin particulate group 5 including black pigment or black dye electrified with reverse polarity against the non-electrodes part, the resin particulates 5 are stuck to the non-electrode part and then the stuck resin particulate group 6 is fixed to the base 1. Or, the surface of the base 1 is exposed to a positive or negative polarity ion flow to electrify the surface with the ions, prescribed potential is applied to the electrode part, only the non-electrode part on the surface of the base 1 is held at the positively of negatively electrified state, and the electrode part is practically turned to zero potential or the reverse polarity against the non-electrode part. Thereby a black matrix can be simply and accurately formed only on the non-electrode part. |
