<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of the dust of a mold and the adhesion of impurities in the outside air on the surface of a sheet. CONSTITUTION:In a device drying slurry 18 applied onto the surface of a carrier film 16 passed in a drying cylinder 10 and molding a sheet 20, a protective-film supply section 32 supplying a protective film 30 is mounted near the carrying-out port 13 of the drying cylinder 10, and a protective-film contact-bonding mechanism 40 contact-bonding the protective film 30 fed from the protective-film supply section 32 onto the sheet 20 carried out of the drying cylinder 10 is installed. The protective-film contact-bonding mechanism 40 is mainly composed of a guide roller 42 guiding the protective film 30 fed from the protective-film supply section 32 onto the top face of the sheet 20 and a spring 44 energizing the guide roller 42 against the carrier film 16 side, and the protective film 30 is contact-bonded onto the sheet 20 by the guide roller 42.</p> |
