<p>PURPOSE:To improve impact resistance and to facilitate an assembling work by forming a dielectric element of a dielectric film formed by providing dielectric paste on a stator or rotor electrode. CONSTITUTION:Insulating resin is molded in a stator 13 in a state that a stator electrode 12 and a stator terminal 22 integral therewith are inserted to obtain the stator 13. In this case, the electrode 12 is exposed on the upper surface of the stator 13. Then, dielectric paste made of dielectric ceramics and polymer material is printed on the stator 13, and dried. Then, flatness of a dielectric film 14 may be raised by planely polishing. The film 14 is formed on a rotor electrode. Thus, impact resistance of the film 14 can be improved, and an assembling work is facilitated.</p> |
