<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the responsiveness of the temp. detection signal due to a temp. sensor in spite of a simple structure and to also enhance safety by preventing an excessive temp. rise. CONSTITUTION:A thermal flowmeter heats the fluid flowing through a pipe 12 and the temp. difference of the heated fluid is detected by temp. sensors 14a, 14b provided in the vicinity of the pipe 12 so as to be spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval and the flow rate of the fluid is measured on the basis of the detection signals of the temp. sensors 14a, 14b. A heat insulating material 17 is provided to the outer periphery of the pipe 12 and forced radiation parts 18a, 18b are provided in the vicinity of the heat insulating material 17 so as to be positioned on the upstream and downstream sides of the temp. sensors 14a, 14b.</p> |
