<p>PURPOSE:To achieve the enhancement of heat insulating properties. CONSTITUTION:The heat entering heat sensitive resistors 27,30 from a fluid along a streamline (l) flows along a streamline (a) and a part thereof passes along streamlines (m), (n) to flow to a protective membrane 32 and passes through an insulating membrane 21 to flow in the directions of streamlines (e), (f), (j), (k). The other heat flows to a first space 33 along streamlines (b), (g) and flows to a second space part 34 along a streamline (d) and flows to a third space part 35 along a streamline (i) and further flows to a substrate 20 along streamlines (c), (h). Since the heat flow of the streamlines (d), (i) flows to space, said flow becomes min. as compared with the heat flow of the streamlines (c), (h) and, therefore, the heat flow of the streamline (l) can be allowed to effectively act on the temp.-sensitive resistors 27,30. In the same way, a fluid to be measured can be effectively heated by a heater 24.</p> |
