PURPOSE:To obtain carrot fermented drink capable of readily suppressing alcohol content to <1 degree without particular labor or device and having good sweet smell and flavor. CONSTITUTION:Carrot fermented drink containing (a) a liquid of carrot juice having 2-30 Brix and fermented by lacrobasillus and (b) alcohol fermentation liquid of carrot having 1-2 Brix and fermented by yeast and having <1 degree alcohol content. |
