PURPOSE:To provide the dimension of a panel so as not become larger with connecting members, when the frame of the panel to be used for a panel construction building is assembled by connecting a plurality of small frames with the connecting members. CONSTITUTION:Small frame 28, 29 including first component members 34, 35 to be connected via a connecting member 33, and second component members 36, 37 to be jointed orghogonally to the first component members 34, 35 and with the connecting member 33 to be orghogonally crossed over, are composed. On the connecting member 33 and the second component members 36, 37, notched sections 38-40 notched in the thickness direction are formed.
