FOAMED PHENOL RESIN COMPOSITE MOLDED MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To provide a foamed phenol composite molded material of superior heat insulating properties and soundproof properties and of larger strength compared with core materials heretofore available without damaging light weight properties and secondary curved face processing properties. CONSTITUTION:A foamed phenol resin composite molded material 1 composed of a foaming phenol resin composite material 4 with foaming phenol resin 3 adhered to at least one face of a mat-shaped fabric 2 formed into the plate shape and a kraft paper honeycomb structure 5 as a core material impregnated with phenol resin is manufactured by laminating said foaming phenol resin to be filled in cells of the kraft paper honeycomb structure 5 and molding. Foaming phenol resin 3 is filled in respective cells of the kraft paper honeycomb structure 5, and the foamed phenol resin composite molded material of good heat insulating properties and soundproof properties and of larger strength provided by the kraft paper honeycomb structure 5 impregnated with phenol resin and light in weight as a whole can be manufactured.
