PURPOSE:To provide vibration reducing effect almost same as a pneumatic tire heretofore available, reduce the possibility of having flat tire or natural reduction of internal pressure and provide large traction and control performance by wrapping in a foamed body all over the periphery of the inside of an elastic body positioned on the diameter outside a rim of a wheel and forming a lug and a vane by means of an elastic material provided with the hardness higher than that of the wheel such as rubber. CONSTITUTION:A foamed body 9 wrapped in an elastic body 8 forming a wheel 6 is elastically deformed more easily than the elastic body 8, and when the elastic body 8 is deformed by the external pressure, said external pressure is supported elastically as if supported by air pressure. Also, the inside of the elastic body 8 is filled with the foamed body 9 and the deformation generated by storing for a long period of time and the change generated by the temperature change are prevented, and as the elastic body can be formed widely, the ground contact area is wide to reduce sinking. The hardness of a lug 12 and a vane 13 is higher than that of the wheel 8, and vibration-damping effect is demonstrated while the vibration absorbing effect of the elastic body 8 is retained. |
