PURPOSE:To inspect the quality of tile units in an unmanned state. CONSTITUTION:After taking the picture of a tile unit 1 with a CCD camera, the lightness of each picture element is stored. In addition, the lightness of each picture element of the preceding tile unit 1 inspected last time is also stored and the lightness of the corresponding picture elements are compared with each other. The number of the picture elements showing lightness differences larger than a threshold is counted and when the count value exceeds an allowable value, the tile unit 1 is discriminated as unacceptable. Therefore, the shifting or stripping off of the sheet 3 of the tile unit 1 can be surely detected. |
