PURPOSE:To do without performing the recovering processing even when an error occurs at the time of transmitting and receiving between a purchaser and a center system after the purchasing request information is transmitted from the purchaser to the center system concerning the article purchasing system and the article purchasing method to purchase the article from a store while the purchaser operates a terminal at home, related to the article purchasing system and the article purchasing method. CONSTITUTION:In an article purchasing system to purchase the article from a store 7 in accordance with the purchasing request from a terminal 2 while the terminal 2 operated by a purchaser 1 and a center system 6 to manage the store 7 are connected by a public line 4, the system is constituted of a purchasing request information storing means 61 to store the purchasing request information from the above purchaser 1 in a short time, a file 63 to store the purchasing request information in a long time stored into the purchasing request information storing means 61 in a short time, and a control part 62 to monitor that the purchasing request information is stored into the purchasing request information storing means 61 and determine the purchasing request information stored in the said file 63 when the information is stored. |
