<p>PURPOSE:To attain the instantaneous performance in the continuous data communication of voices an animations without causing any accumulated delay due to the wait for retransfer of the information in the packet exchanging procedure, etc., by transferring the input information based on the sequence numbers. CONSTITUTION:A device which receives a cell information train A is provided with an error cell disusing circuit 11 which disuses the wrong cell information out of the train A and produces a cell information train B, a number check circuit 12 which checks the sequence numbers of the cells included in the train B and informs a dummy data inserting circuit 14 of the omitted number positions, and a dummy inserting circuit 14 which puts the dummy data obtained from a dummy data generating circuit 13 into the train B at the number position informed from the circuit 12 and then forming and outputting a bit train C.</p> |
