<p>PURPOSE:To record the image compressed data in its recording medium without excess or shortage. CONSTITUTION:An image signal inputted from an input terminal 1 is subjected to prescribed signal processing by a signal processing circuit 2, and a time continuous image signal from the signal processing circuit 2 is converted to a time discrete digital image signal by an A/D converter 3. The control of an input and an output of the digital image signal is executed by a memory controller 4, and the digital image signal is recorded in a frame memory 5. An image compressing circuit 6 is an image compressing circuit which can vary the compressibility by using a DCT and an ADPCM, and compressed image data is recorded in a compressed data buffer 7. The control to a transmission circuit network is executed by an NCU, and a signal output to the transmission circuit network is executed through an output terminal 10. Also, the input/ output control to an external changeover SW is executed by an external changeover SW control part 12 provided with a recording SW 13 and a start SW 14, and the number of pieces of an image to be transmitted is set by ten keys 15.</p> |
