摘要 |
PURPOSE:To stably improve printableness by winding a photosensitive layer at a relative humidity of 55% or less after applying and drying. CONSTITUTION:An under coat doubling as a halation preventive layer and a high contrast silver chloride emulsion layer are applied on a supporting body of a polyester film. The under coat and the silver chloride emulsion layer are concurrently multilayer-applied with a slide hopper coating device and dried, and then passed a humidity conditioning zone to be wound. A relative humidity at that time is made 55% or less, and then is put in a heating chamber to be heat-treated. A condition for the heat treatment at that time is set at a temperature of 30 deg.-50 deg.C and a period of 3-15 days. An image receiving layer including a physical development nucleus is applied to the carrier, on which a photosensitive layer is applied, after the heat treatment. |
