PURPOSE:To realize by means of one apparatus pertinent photographing corresponding to the photographing places of a photographic subject. CONSTITUTION:The 1st recording portion 14A is provided at the upper part of a casing 26 that constitutes a radiation image information record reading device 10, through a scattered radiation removal grid 28, and at the same time, the 2nd recording portion 14B is provided in adjacency to the above 1st recording portion 14A. And, photographing is conducted by making the selection of these portions 14A, 14B according to the photographing site of a subject M.
