PURPOSE:To reduce the possibility that a content of an electronic mail (communication text) is transferred different from the intention of an original sender and to make the original sender of the electronic mail easily recognize which part of the mail is corrected and transferred. CONSTITUTION:A transfer processing means E of an electronic mail is provided with a means E21 transferring the electronic mail to other recipient without revising a caller name of the electronic mail only when the electronic mail is not corrected or the electronic mail is subject to addition of a new sentence only, and also a means 22 sending the additional new sentence to the original sender of the electronic mail as the electronic mail.
