PURPOSE: To obtain a chemical analysis system for separating protein or a composite material with high resolution into respective components and detecting them with high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: The chemical analysis system comprises a capillary tube 110 for analysis, and a capillary tube 114 for mixing provided with a mixing joint 112 and a fluorescent detector 116. A sample is separated at the capillary tube 110 into respective components which are then admixed with a fluorescence imparting reagent 130 at the mixing joint 112 for the purpose of fluorescent labelling. Subsequently, each component is detected at the fluorescent detecting section 116. |
