<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction of a VTR even if dew adheres to the VTR by providing a means which does not input other input signal than that which dries dew, when it is detected that dew adheres to a tape running system. CONSTITUTION:In a VTR 1, in the case it is detected that dew adheres to a tape running system, a dewing sensor 5 outputs a dewing signal 14 to a VTR control circuit 2. The control circuit 2 rotates a loading motor 7 to a position in which a cassette tape does not abut on a cylinder 4, based on a mechanism position signal 15. Also, by outputting a cylinder rotating signal 11 to a servo- circuit 3, the cylinder 4 is rotated, and dew is dried. While the dewing signal 14 is being outputted, other input signal to the control circuit 2 than the dewing signal and a cylinder rotation detecting signal 12 for detecting whether the cylinder 4 is rotating normally or not is not inputted.</p> |
