摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To perform the shape detection of high accuracy by operating the winding angle for a coiling reel and by correcting the output of a pressure sensing member by the winding angle. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic unit 50 for correction receives the number Nr of revolution which the number of revolution detector 41 of a coiling reel 40 outputs and the number Ns of revolution which the number of revolutions detector 11 of a sensor roller 10 outputs and operates the coil diameter D of the strip coil located on the coiling reel. A coil crown arithmetic part 52 operates the coil diameter D(X) in the position corresponding to the measuring zone of a pressure sensing member. In the arithmetic part 53 of the winding angle of the sensor roller the winding angle (X) of a strip S for the sensor roller 10 is operated. A correction arithmetic part 54 receives a shape parameter Tr(X), which is corrected by the winding angle alpha(X), and the corrected shape parameter T(X) is fed to the functional processing device of a shape signal processing unit 20.</p>
