<p>PURPOSE:To utilize a cement sludge waste material drawn off in large volume and provide the method for manufacturing an inorganic product for which resources can be utilized efficiently. CONSTITUTION:A cement solidifying agent of almost same amount as a cement sludge waste material is added to the cement sludge waste material drawn off from the manufacturing process of a cement product, and further the required quantities of silica sand and light-weight aggregate are added therein and water is added and kneaded, and a kneaded material thus manufactured is shaped into the product shape, primarily cured, and then secondarily cured by autoclave in the process.</p> |
