PURPOSE:To eliminate an erroneous operation due to a capacity between wirings of a signal line to be precharged in a semiconductor integrated circuit for constituting a dynamic circuit having a precharging circuit. CONSTITUTION:Precharge signals 101 are inputted to gates of precharge PMOS transistors 1 and 2, and precharge signals 102 are inputted to gates of NMOS transistors 3 and 5. Signals 107 and 108 of an 'H' level are outputted from the transistors 1 and 2, connected to the transistors 3, 4 and 5, 6, and signals 105 and 106 are outputted through buffers 7 and 8. In this case, when signal lines to be precharged are wired in parallel in a large length, wirings corresponding to the gate input signals of the NMOS transistors are laid in parallel in an alternately adjacent state. |
