PURPOSE: To dispose a wet filter, where steam contained in a matter to be filtered is condensed only slightly in any case during a starting process, in a containment. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning liquid 3 is heated by a gas/steam mixture having heating capacity filling a containment 1 through thermal short circuits 4, 5, 7 prior to starting a filter 2. The thermal short circuits 4, 5, 7 scarcely act during operation of the filter 2 and the cleaning liquid 3 is imparted with a continuous heating capacity insignificant for filtering.
