PURPOSE: To provide a method and apparatus for fabrication including the possibility of the in-line fabrication of a sheet of composite material. CONSTITUTION: A system for fabricating a sheet of composite material comprises a device 26 for forming an uncured sheet of material 17 comprising a lower support film layer 16, an uncured composite material layer 18 and an upper film layer 20. The uncured sheet of the material is moved through a first group of a curing oven for partially curing the uncured composite material to form a partially cured composite material layer. The in-line fabrication process brings an adjusted partially cured composite material layer. The adjusted layer is moved through a second group of a curing oven 14 to be further cured, so as to form a final sheet of the composite material by removing the upper and/or lower supporting films 20, 16. |
