PURPOSE:To facilitate the infiltration of resin in the fibers and fabric of resin composite material. CONSTITUTION:After fibers and fabric 5 are inserted in a mold consisting of an upper and a lower molds 1 and 2, liquid resin is poured from a mixing head 4 in the molds under the condition that the interval between the upper and the lower molds 1 and 2 is set to be T1, which is larger than the thickness T0 of a product. After the completion of the pouring of the liquid resin, the upper mold is pressurized so as to bring the interval to the thickness of the product. By performing the mold clamping process in two stages, resin is facilitated to be infiltrated in the fibers and the fabric 5. |
